The Vipeline Team
In 2011 Alex co-founded Vipeline with his lifelong friends Chris Wall and Dave Barker. The goal then, and still now, is to create a video social platform for clients to highlight their greatest digital asset; the company’s website. His previous 12 years were spent in the music industry as GM of Hot Sauce Marketing where he pioneered unique forms of video promotions as well as social media marketing for some of the biggest artists at major record labels. Alex’s leadership and communication skills were forged while he worked as a manager and senior buyer for Ark Restaurants from 1988 – 1999.
Dave is the technical co-founder and lead architect of Vipeline. Prior to co-founding Vipeline, Dave amassed 14 years of experience in advertising design, marketing and creating digital experiences. He’s successfully led large creative teams in the rebrand deployments for major institutions, and oversaw advertising campaigns and experiences for Fortune 500 companies and higher education institutions. In his career, he’s been a creative lead for the Wall Street Journal Video, TMP Worldwide, and OppenheimerFunds, Inc. Prior to his career in advertising and developing digital experiences, Dave served as a paratrooper in the U.S. Army’s elite 82nd Airborne Division. Dave holds a BFA in Graphic Design Cum Laude from the State University of New York FIT.
Chris Wall co-founded and conceived the Vipeline concept with Dave Barker in 2011. They also developed Vevo’s successful music video hosting platform.
